Everything at this small hotel was perfect as we expected. The service was brilliant, including a lovely cooked and rich breakfast with the chef who was very friendly and bacon, as example. They gave a standard room with decent WiFi and television etc plus the balcony as we booked.

Pleasant and comfortable hotel located close to Bishop's gardens behind cathedral and the theaters. Lovely location to Chichester Festival theatre, historic style building. Nearby Duke & Rye - great place to chill out. New-fashioned units with balcony.
